Pam remembers visiting a bank with her grandfather when she was 4 years old: he had to pick her up so she could see eye-level with the teller.  When she was older, she helped her grandparents -- who had gone through the Depression -- invest in CDs and manage their money.  As someone dedicated to helping others, she likes to build a rapport with each and every customer and enjoys making connections with people.
