With this advanced technology, you conveniently deposit checks from your office: no more trips to the branch or worrying about branch hours! Simply scan and send; you may view and print images, as well. Streamline your cash flow and improve receivables management with quick electronic deposit preparation, access to deposit history and easy data importation to accounts receivable systems.

Simple Set-up and Processing

• Merchants Bank will install the scanner and web-based software on your Internet-ready PC onsite
• Scan your checks (scanner captures both sides of check)
• Send scanned check images securely via the Internet
• Copies of each check will be made, processed and funds will be deposited into your Merchants Bank account

†Cash or foreign check deposits must be made at the branch. Remote deposit checks may be deposited several times per day, up to 6:00 pm.
