Merchants Bank has developed a comprehensive internal training program that demonstrates our commitment to continued education and development of our employees.

In addition, we offer a tuition reimbursement program for applicable college level courses and courses through the Center for Financial Training.

Through our training programs, support of higher education and promotion from within, our employees are given opportunities to expand upon their skills and knowledge, and in turn grow within our company. In fact, approximately 60% of our employees have been employed at the bank for five years or more, demonstrating career longevity.
