4. How do I get direct deposit?

   Direct deposit is initiated by your employer. You must ask your employer if they offer direct deposit, they should have the appropriate paperwork for you if they do. You will need to supply a voided check from the deposit account. 

5. What is check safekeeping?

   Check safekeeping means the bank keeps the canceled checks for your account on file at the bank, instead of returning them with your monthly statement. If you need to view a canceled check, you can log on to Online Banking to view and/or print a front and back image of that check.
