MERCHANTS BANK BRANCH OPENING OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1.     NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  To enter, complete the official entry form, found at the Merchants Bank, Williston Road location available starting on March 6, 2013.  Limit of one entry per person.  Entrants need not be present to win.  Merchants Bank is not responsible for lost entries.  Entries become the exclusive property of Merchants Bank. 

2.     Winners will be determined from all eligible entries in random drawings on March 20, 22, 28, 29, April 4, 5, and 10.  Winners will be notified by phone. Winners must provide their social security number, proof of age, and will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a release of liability, which must be signed and received by Merchants Bank prior to distribution of the prize.  If the winner is not present at the drawing, the release of liability, affidavit of eligibility and social security number must be provided within seven (7) days after the date of notice to the winner.  If not so received, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.  No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except Merchants Bank may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

3.     One (1) Grand Prize Drawing on April 10, 2013 for a $500 travel certificate through Milne Travel.  No expiration or blackout dates apply to the travel certificate.   All entries will be included in Grand Prize Drawing, without regard to prior winnings.

4.     Contest open to all individuals 18 years or older who are individual residents of the United States.  Employees of Merchants Bank, their affiliates, advertising, production and promotion agencies, subsidiaries and the immediate families of each are not eligible.  Merchants Bank is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise (other than prize delivery).  Merchants Bank is not responsible for prize or any loss or damage suffered as a result of use of prize.  All taxes and fees and other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Subject to all federal, state and local taxes, laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited.
