To avoid penalties, withdrawals must be made at least seven calendar days from the most recent deposit, withdrawal or rate change.

There are no regular fees. The only fees that may apply are for ATMs that are non-Merchants Bank and not part of the Allpoint network. You will be charged for a new card if you need a replacement before the regular reissue date.
