Change in Your Online Account Access

NOTICE:

We have completed a change to a new accounting system. The online access for your Merchants Trust Company account has also changed and requires that you enter a temporary password that was recently provided to you.

On the following Login screen, please enter your current user name (all lower case) and enter the temporary password (case sensitive).  Once you are logged in we encourage you to immediately change the temporary password by selecting Options / Change Password.

Account Holdings information is located by selecting Inquiry / Holdings.

Transaction history will only be available for periods beginning October 1, 2007.  Don’t hesitate to contact us for information or reports for earlier transactions.  We are also available if you need assistance logging on or if you encounter any difficulties within the site.
