Phone Banking is available from any touch-tone phone, including cell phones. Use the system to:
- Check account balances and transfer funds
- Make loan payments and review account history
- Issue stop payments, order checks and change debit card PIN
The first time you use Phone Banking you'll be required to enter an access number and a PIN. To obtain your access number and PIN, please contact your local branch or our Customer Call Center. Once you have entered these, you will be required to establish your own PIN by entering 4 digits into your phone's keypad. You may NOT use the last four digits of your Social Security number but you may use the same number as your ATM/Debit card.
