Answers:

1. Changing the address on your accounts requires your signature. You may do this in person at any branch, or you may call the Customer Call Center (800-322-5222) and request the form be faxed or mailed to you.

2. You have several options available to check your Merchants Bank accounts.
   1. Call our automated phone banking line, 24/7, at 800-852-5969 (800-TLC-LYNX). Click here for more information.
   2. Log on to Online Banking to check the status of your accounts, 24/7.
   3. Call our Customer Call Center to speak with a representative about your account, 800-322-5222; Monday-Friday: 7:30am-6pm; Saturday: 9am-1pm.

3. Direct deposit is initiated by your employer. You must ask your employer if they offer direct deposit, they should have the appropriate paperwork for you if they do. You will need to supply a voided check from the deposit account.

4. Check safekeeping means the bank keeps the canceled checks for your account on file at the bank, instead of returning them with your monthly statement. If you need to view a canceled check, you can log on to Online Banking to view and/or print a front and back image of that check.
