Notice: Unlawful Internet Gambling Regulation

PROHIBITION ON FUNDING OF UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING (REGULATION GG) Effective 6/1/10

This regulation requires banks to prevent accounts from being used to accept or transmit bets or wagers for internet gambling. Merchants Bank will contact you if it believes any such transactions are being processed through your account and require that all such transactions stop immediately. Unlawful internet gambling activity that is detected will require the Bank, under the authority of this regulation, to discontinue its account relationship with you.
