Phone Banking is available from any touch-tone phone, including cell phones. Use the system to:
- Check account balances and transfer funds
- Make loan payments, schedule transfers and review account history
- Change debit card PIN
The first time you use Phone Banking you’ll be required to enter one of your account numbers and SSN or TIN. Once you have entered these, you will be required to establish your own PIN by entering 4 -6 digits into your
phone’s keypad. You may NOT use the last four digits of your Social Security number but you may use the same number as your ATM/Debit card.
Once the custom PIN has been established, the account number and PIN will be required for all future Phone Banking functionality. This includes balance inquries and transactions.

Note: If you do not login to Phone Banking for 90 days your Phone Banking (iTalk) account becomes inactive and will need to be re-set. Contact us to help you reset your Phone Banking account.
