Conventional Mortgages up to $417,000.

Unless otherwise indicated, payments and rates are in effect for the loan term. ARM interest rates and payment changes are estimated based upon today’s index value. Payments do not include taxes and insurance. Actual total payments will be greater.

Mortgage interest rate lock-in option for a maximum of 45 days with no fee. If the Bank’s published rate is lower when the final closing rate is set ten days prior to closing, the borrower shall benefit from the lower rate without charge.
