All staffs are always helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. 5 stars!
Dime is perfect for me because they offer accounts with no fees and set no minimum requirements. This bank was the only suitable option for me. I switched to Dime 9 months ago and have had no issues. I call their managers with questions and go to their branch when necessary. Everything has been easy and convenient.
The manager was very helpful and seemed to be interested in building long-lasting relationship with clients. So happy that the bank has an individual approach to its customers. I moved my account from another bank to Dime Bank because of it!
The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and kind. They are really to answer all your questions and concerns. They are very professional and patient. I highly recommend Dime Bank!
The bank promised high interest rates. They did not notify me when these rates change – they went from 1.8% to 1% in a few months with no notice. Later my account was inactivated and again with no notice. I call them about 10 times to reach someone I could speak to! Stay away from them!
