Terrible experience. The Bank’s system is down every night. They don’t offer 24/7 customer service. Terrible bank. Don’t recommend.

I’m having an issue and for 11 weeks it has not been resolved. Their customer service just transfers the issue to someone else!

I used this bank because my bank’s branch was closed. I withdrew $300. My bank charged me $3. A third party bank charged me $3. Investors charged me $4. All in all that cost me $10 to withdraw $300 during a pandemic. So upset…
