Their verification department drives me crazy. Some lady called me and did not say anything but was just laughing and talking to her co-workers. It was a very inappropriate conversation for the bank worker calling her customers. I called back, they hold me on the phone for a very long time and got this same lady 3 times. She “pretended” she cannot hear me. The whole experience is a waste of my time. Do not deal with this company. Bad experience. This company needs to find better employees, otherwise, they will lose their clients very soon
